Xian – home of the terracota warriors

There’s a lot of places to visit China… aside from the Great Wall, Terracota warrior’s museum is a place not to be missed.

I read about it but it was sooo crazy seeing it in person.  It is considered one of the major discoveries in the archaelogical world.  Lifesize terracota figures and horses are arranged in battle formation. And there’s a lot of them!!

Aside from the terracota museum, there are some other interesting place to visit such Bell and Drum tower, Wild Goose Pagoda and the Muslim quarter.  Just like other Chinese cities, shopping and food tasting are two major activities to do.
